After You've Completed the Test

Packaging and Shipping Your Kit

Put the sealed bio-hazard bag with your completed blood card back into the test kit box. Put the box with the biohazard bag into the pre-paid USPS First Class Mail envelope. Return the test kit to the lab within 48 hours of completing the test.

Testing Your Sample

The lab will complete your test analysis and upload them to the lab portal like they did for your first test kit. Your follow-up kit must be registered to get your results. You should use the same username and password you created the first time you made an account. If you did not register your test kit using the link at the end of your survey, please contact us at 855-263-0442.

Getting Your Results

Results are typically available within 1-3 weeks after the test kit is received at the lab. You will receive an email when your results are ready. This study is being done for research purposes. If you are experiencing any health concerns, consult a medical provider.
